Gesundheit Österrreich cordially invites to a lecture with Heather Wardle, University of Glasgow.

Following the Reitox Academy on addiction and suicide, we were pleased to be able to offer a colloquium on the topic of gambling and suicide with an international expert on the topic. Experts often point out that addiction and suicidality are complex and often linked phenomena. People with addictions have an increased risk of suicide. Suicides are also an issue in the area of gambling due to the problems associated with pathological gambling. Gambling-related suicides were defined as a piece of the puzzle of the national gambling addiction monitoring system.
