Are you interested in improving your team’s skills in making medical decisions with patients? Do you want to become even better at involving your patients in the decision-making process? Now, you have a unique opportunity to make this a reality.

This GÖG-Colloquium introduced the Danish Patient-centered approach and Shared Decision Making model, as well as the new "Shared Decision Making" pilot project, part of the EU initiative “Joint Action Prevent NCD”. Gain valuable insight of how Denmark became a frontrunner in Shared Decision Making, and discover how you can achieve the same through validated organization, education, simulation training, and the use of patient decision aids.

During the webinar, we covered the following key areas:

•    Insights from the Danish Patient-centered approach and Shared Decision Making model.
•    What is Shared Decision making, and what does the evidence show about its effects?
•    The upcoming European model for Shared Decision Making: our pilot project.
•    How do you become a frontrunner? Joining the pilot project.
•    The benefits of participating in the pilot project.
•    What resources would be required for your participation?
